Great racing at the State Short Course XC Upjohn Park Rydalmere with three silver medals and a bronze. Baz Willis took the bronze and silvers went 2 to the older gals Trudy Rae and Marg Beardslee and one to Josh Wright.
Possibly the best ever race and finish between club members with Angus Baldwin catching Charlie Brooks midrun... the two then contesting stride for stride and an arm wrestle and elbow to the line. Charlie Brooks given the nod from the umpires!! Mark Warren a great run as usual to finish just inside top 10. Byron Cavendar and Alyssa Betts gutsy 4th's both looking good for Friday at All Schools.
A great racing season is coming to a close and how CLOSE can you get... Charlie Brooks 5th Angus Baldwin 6th at the U20 State Short Course Rydalmere 17th July.
