The new 2017- 2018 CCRJT continued with Round 2 of the inaugural Central Coast Nitro Challenge on 16 September at the Regional Athletics Centre.
The big hit of the day was the throws Funky Relay.
There were nearly as many throwers as sprinters.
Many took the opportunity to have a go and try out the three throws.
The Central Waves took out the day but could not catch the Southern Beaches in the overall points score.
The Northern Lakes made move on the second placed Central Waves boosted by increased participation and a smart Captain’s decision that combined the Captain’s Power Play with the Secret Power Play.
